Finally in School

16 Year old Isaac had persistantly requested to be recruited into the New Life Homes or given the opportunity to go to school.  The best we could offer him was the role of Uncle during Street Reach.

Isaac’s dream finally came true during the Street Reach program. One of the Teams trained him boxing and donated the gloves to him. He then joined a boxing club and participated in tournaments. From there he was spotted by a scout and was given free scholarship to study.

Isaac says,’’ I am so happy for Street Reach. I almost lost hope but finally I am also in school. Apart from school I now make my own money without having to pick up scrap. I am in P.7 and want to become a doctor and also world champion in kick boxing.”
