John’s parents could not afford to look after him so he lived with his aunt.  He had a disagreement with his aunt and ran to the streets in Kampala. He was rescued from the streets and brought to live in the New Life Homes.  John wants to become a doctor when he is older.

Since January 2007 Abaana has been supporting street children in Kampala. We play games, tell bible stories, give basic medical care, and provide a good meal.
